I have posted the instructions to make him on the Scrapware blog here.The door hanger was originally created for Shop and Crop. Check out the shop here for an excellent range of Scrapware Christmas related product.
I'm not sure if the Cosmo Cricket patterned paper is still available in the shop - it's been in for a couple of months and may have sold out. If you can't find it, you can create something similar with other Christmas lines out at the moment. You'll just need a couple of papers with a beige background, a couple with a green background and one with brown.
