The Color Room palettes 6 & 7

It would seem that I forgot to post the layout I did for last week's The Color Room challenge. This was the colour palette:

And this was my layout:

Journaling: At four and a half you are a real bundle of energy. You're inquisitive and want to know how everything works - how "the man" makes iceblocks and gets them in the wrapper, even how you were made. You are learning the alphabet and your numbers. You can even do simple addition sums. You love to ride around the back patio on your new bike and look so sweet all decked out in your Ben10 helmet and knee pads. You are quite a little engineer and can follow simple guidelines to make your constructions. We've put together a craft box full of colour paper, stickers, pipe-cleaners and stencils and you happly sit at your table in the window, creating your "artwork". I see a competitive streak developing in you. You must win board games and any throw of the dice that is lower than three is deemed unworthy and must be repeated. You love kindy. You don't like childcare. You love weekends because daddy's home. You love sleepovers at Grandma and Grandad's. And we love you more and more each day.

This week's colour combination has been posted, and it's gorgeous.

Unfortunately I haven't had the time to sit down and do this one (yet!). But you do want to see what everyone else is doing with it, because there are some seriously beautiful creations in the gallery!
