I'm scrapping Christmas photos already!

Yep, it's started - all the Christmas photos are out and I am up to my ears in current and old scrapbooking Xmas collections, making pages. This one is a current one up at the moment at Aussie Scrap Source, using Pink Paislee's Starlight range.

Journaling: You and me at Christmas. The camera captures our interactions. You have such a quirky four year old personality. I love the goof-ball you are, the sense of humour you have, your jokes and your sweet sweet laugh. You are an absolute joy.

Starlight is not a Christmas range, but I think using non-Christmas themed product for Christmas photos is kind of fun. I've teamed the Pink Paislee with some BasicGrey and Jenni Bowlin embellishments to create a fun layout of Jamie and me last Christmas.

Since I scrapped this page I've created another half a dozen or so Christmas projects. Just as well I took a stack of photos in 2009!

You might expect to see some more Christmasey things soon!

P.S. Ich ahbe dich unlängst sogar mal geliftet ;-)

It looks really gorgeous Kathie! I love those colours together and they're perfect for the cute photos of you and Jamie. Can't wait to see your other Christmas projects. :)

This is fantastic! I am definitely a fan of non-traditional christmas ranges (or collections that aren't specifically christmas themed with christmas photos). I could have written that journalling about my Jai. They are so much fun at this age :) Looking forward to seeing more festive creations from you.

Delightful Christmas page, I love the "unusual colors", seriously, must Christmas be green and red? I just don't think these were the colors du jour in Jesus' time, but I could be wrong, lol.
