Thought for today

I love this print. I found it on Pinterest. I love the message. I love the image.

And it's a message that I try to keep front of mind, but I find it difficult. I'm always multi-tasking, or trying to work out how I can shave some time off what I'm doing so I can get onto the next thing on my to-do list. Are you the same?

 I really need to incorporate some meditation back into my life. I keep making excuses that it's too difficult to find the quiet time. But it's just an excuse. I just need to make a commitment to it. Because I remember how good it used to make me feel.

Jamie's up at his grandparents today and tomorrow, while I work. Theoretically it would be an ideal opportunity to schedule some mindfullness time, either before or after work. Alas, these days I really do think that I would fall asleep if I tried :).
Do you practice mindfulness? How do you incorporate it into your routine?

How are you :)
I have made it my mission this month to meditate everyday and it really does help. I havn't managed to do it everyday, it seems harder to fit it in on the weekends. I find I am more productive and calmer the days I meditate- now all I need to do is commit to running everyday!

Hi there!
I've recently discovered pinterest too. OMG - addictive and such a time waster but oh so wonderful!
I'd like to schedule time to meditate or do yoga but I'm flat out too. I have a new business venture on the way to do with Ben and workplace safety so that's exciting but time consuming. Us mums need an extra day in the week sometimes!
